Do not waste your time or money on this product. The saying you get what you pay for is a bit understated when in comes to this product. Even brand new in the box it looked like something from the dollar store. I read and followed the directions, it does turn on but that is about it. The buttons do not respond properly or at all most of the time, I tried the reset button and checked the battery and like I said it does turn on but that’s about it. I am not sending it back to the seller or asking for a refund though, as it was really too cheap a product to waste my time going to the post office and standing in line there. So save yourself the hassle and buy something else.
