Just wandering if it was because I met someone the other day from Albania who spoke Italian and he said that people in Albania spoke French, also. In a couple years I plan on moving in order to improve my French; I have been learning for about 9 months now and am doing well with it.
Help, please!

If you want to improve a language, go to an area where the language is spoken as native language by the majority of the people, and by preference with the least amount of unwanted dialect or regional accent.
While in Albania many people will have learned some French as second or third language, it is not a native language for the country.
In Europe you should look to France, or the French speaking parts of Switzerland or Belgium.
If those are too expensive for you, you can try one of the many French speaking countries in the rest of the world, considering the level of accent of course.

well naturally if you wanted to learn French, and you wanted to live somewhere where it was spoken, then you’d probably go to France…………….. o_O
LOL. but yes, people speak French in Albania but there are also Arabic speakers….from what I hear it could be dangerous…..but same with France….France is getting filled with extremist terrorists….
I’m not sure, to answer your question.
Any place would be good to learn French, but France might be better seeing as it’s a native tongue there and people have been speaking it all their lives.
OH, except for newcomers to France of course
have fun wherever you go =)
