Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Quebec and New Brunswick in Canada, the Central African Republic, Chad, the Comoros, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Haiti, the Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mali, Monaco, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, the Seychelles, Togo, and Vanuatu
That’s in addition to Switzerland, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg in Europe. Andorra also uses French.
Lebanon and Mauritania use French as an administrative language, and the media in Mauritius uses French as well.
