I think that the expression “Puis-je vous vous offrir du?” is meant to sound that way…it is inverted to make it known that it is a question. It is like english sort of. You can say “I can offer you a drink” but when you invert it, it becomes “Can I offer you a drink?” I think that’s what it is because I’m currently studying French and I just think that he just forgot to go over that rule or that he hadn’t gotten to it yet. Might I offer some advice? I’m assuming you’re wearing a headset to record your videos? In the first section, where you ask “Puis-je vous offrir du bois?” it’s very static-y and the je is hard to differentiate. It’s probably your microphone. If it’s attached, pull it down toward your chin a bit, and it won’t pick up breath sounds as much. A friend of mine and I have this problem a lot.

Salut! That’s indeed a good question, however, when forming a question with the verb PEUX (from infinitive POUVOIR) and the subject pronoun JE, use PUIS instead of PEUX. The combination “PEUX-JE” doesn’t exist (even if it would make more sense to use it based on the concept of inversion subject-verb). Merci pour la question.
