if you speak english or spanish or other language as first language, but are learning French
how can you go to college in France?
I want to become citizen there,, and do business job

You would have to know enough French to be able to understand and follow lectures at college, write essays and keep up with the course. Lectures are in French. There are examinations set at regular intervals that have to be passed to stay on chosen courses. Some universities offer courses for foreign speaking students to help them improve their French, such as the University of Nice: http://portail.unice.fr/jahia/page8964_en.html
You would also have to obtain a student visa from the French authorities before you left your country to be allowed to stay in France to study, and demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to live there.
To obtain French nationality you would have to reside in France for five consecutive years before your request for citizenship was considered and you would have to take an examination in French about France and French citizenship, and pass this, before being allowed to become French. You also would have to have a clean record, and no convictions both in France and in your original country.

You could work in France if a firm was prepared to offer you a job because you had special skills which a French person did not have, or had expertise in a certain field which French nationals did not have.
