That’s not what Wikipedia says, according to Wikipedia Spanish is number 2 in the list of the most spoken languages in the world an French is number 17, go check it out! see it yourself.

@MueraTelevisa French and English are the only two languages across 5 continents. “The World” is not only Spanish and English especially when French and English are the first two in number of countries where the language is spoken. Not Spanish. Spanish is a fun social language but it isn’t really as global as French after English.
