I really want to learn french and rosetta stone is way to expensive and when I found that Pimsleur is only 10 bucks right now with no s&h I was considering buying it, but the reviews I’ve read are mixed. Please tell me (if you have tried them) what you think?

So far, I have completed one unit of Pimsleur’s French and I have a hard time remembering the words and phrases. Is this normal for the first unit?

2. Rocket French

There were others (Fluenz, Rosetta Stone, and Tell me More), but I am interested in learning the entire language, not just the basics! Please help me!
